The Micah

The Micah golf tournament is coming up on May 3, 2024. This is our one fundraiser each year to help send underprivileged kids and teens to camp this summer. Start a team, join as an individual golfer, or maybe your business wants to be a sponsor of the tournament. We need your help to make this tournament a success! This year’s tournament will be held at Buffalo Creek Golf Club at 624 Country Club Dr. in Heath/Rockwall.

About Micah

The Micah was established in 1996 in memory of Micah Johnson, who was tragically killed in an automobile accident on his way to church in 1995. As a young pillar of the community, Micah not only volunteered his time teaching and fostering the self-esteem of youth in church, he also served as the commissioner of Baseball, Inc. and as a positive role model. Micah made an incredible impact on the lives of many area youth, and it is through this tournament that his legacy lives on.

Tournament Details

We will kick off the Micah with an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start, and in-person registration will open at 6:30 a.m. You can also click the button below to register online. The $125 entry fee includes breakfast, lunch, range balls, golf, a goodie bag and awesome winners’ prizes.
