Our internship program is more than “work experience” ,  it’s an opportunity to grow spiritually, gain hands-on ministry training, and make a lasting impact. Whether you’re exploring vocational ministry or looking to develop your gifts, this program will stretch you, challenge you, and help you step into God’s calling for your life.

Program options

Fall Internship (August-December 2026)
  • Time: Up to 20 hours/week
  • Tracks: Core ministry departments (Kids, Students, Worship, Groups, Media, etc.)
  • Professional Reimbursement Stipend: Entry-Level Interns: $1,000/semester

The ministry development pipeline

Our internship isn’t just a one-off program — it’s a pipeline designed to help you discern, grow, and step into ministry:

Intern Track —

Entry-Level (1–4 semesters): Learn, grow, and build foundation.

Advanced (5–9 semesters): Lead groups, take ownership, prepare for ministry.

Acolyte Track — For adults discerning a call to ministry; 12-month unpaid, mentoring-focused program.

Residency — Staff-level preparation with high investment in preaching, leadership, and pastoral care.
