Read: Galatians 6:14-16

The message of Jesus doesn’t just transform our eternity, it also transforms our identity.

We cannot boast in what we’ve done or our achievements by works any longer, but we can boast in how good Jesus is.

The heart of what we believe is what we boast in—whether it is by works or by grace. We have confidence that we can boast in Jesus.

The powerful part of this section in Galatians is that there is so much richness and depth to what Paul is writing, which is often overlooked.

In Galatians 6:16, Paul writes: "Peace and mercy to all who follow this rule—to the Israel of God.”

We receive peace and mercy in our lives when we realize we cannot do this through our own works, but simply receiving what Jesus has done for us.

Question:

How does grace change the way you view peace and mercy?
