Read: 1 John 12:12-13, Romans 8:38-39

Since I work as the online pastor at my church, I’m keenly aware of the need for strong passwords. You wouldn’t believe how often I get notifications about someone trying to log into our accounts. Imagine the damage someone could do if they managed to hack into our social media and post whatever they wanted! Keeping those accounts secure isn’t just about peace of mind—it’s about protecting something important.

Thankfully, God’s love is even more secure than the strongest password. In fact, it’s unhackable. Our relationship with Him isn’t something fragile or easy to disrupt. It’s protected by His power and promise. When we believe in Jesus, we’re given eternal life, and nothing can ever take that away from us.

Many people wrestle with doubts about their salvation, wondering if they’ve done enough to secure their place with God. But the Bible assures us that our salvation doesn’t depend on what we do; it depends on what Jesus has already done. 1 John 5:13 tells us we can know we have eternal life because of our faith in Him. This isn’t about earning security—it’s about trusting in God’s unshakable promise.

Romans 8:38–39 reminds us that nothing—not our failures, fears, or even death itself—can separate us from God’s love. His grace is greater than our weaknesses, and His love for us is constant. Knowing this truth gives us peace and confidence to face whatever comes our way.

When we live in the security of God’s love, we are freed from fear and empowered to share that love with others. We can boldly live out our faith, knowing that nothing can change our standing with Him. God’s love is the ultimate safeguard, and we can rest in His promise that we are His forever.
