We’ve put together everything you need to know to help make your first visit easy and enjoyable.
Parking & Arrival
Guest Parking
Follow these directions using the map on your phone to go straight to our reserved guest parking.
What to Look For
Look for the red First Time Guest signs/flags and turn on your hazard lights as you enter the parking lot. Our team is expecting you and will guide you to a spot that we saved just for you.
Arrival Time
We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before service to have plenty of time to check in and get settled.
Weather Considerations
In case of rain, we have umbrellas for you. One of our Parking Team members will get you inside to our Welcome Team in the lobby.
Welcome & Check-In
Where to Go First
A smiling face will meet you at the door and show you over our Connect Center in the lobby next to the worship center. Our friendly Welcome Team Host will be there to answer any questions and make you feel at ease. Don’t worry they will be by your side the guide you through the whole process. Don’t forget to pick up your welcome gift
have Guests Without Pre-Registration?
No problem! Our Connect Center can get them checked in on-site!
Have kids with you?
If you have kids with you, our Welcome Host will take you and your kids to our KidsMin check-in stations!
Kids Check-In
Where to Check In
Our KidsMin lobby has friendly people waiting to check in your children so you can get to service.
Pre-Registered Kids
Once you arrive at a check -in station just give our Welcome Team member the last four digits of your phone number and they will print your children’s check-in tags.
What if I Didn’t Pre-Register Kids?
Our team will help you fill out a quick form on the first time check-in iPad station and then get your children’s check-in tags printed and guide your child to their age-appropriate class so you can get to our worship experience on time.
Security
We take your children’s safety seriously. Every child gets a security tag, and only you can check them out after service with the matching tag.
Worship Experience
Service Times
Our service will start right at 8:30, 10:00, or 11:30. Service lasts about 65 minutes and includes worship and a time in the word together.
Finding a Seat
A host team member will help guide you to a seat wherever you feel comfortable.
Meet The Pastor
Once you are seated and comfortable, the campus pastor will stop by and personally introduce himself and provide his contact information.
What to Wear
Come as you are! Most people dress casual/business casual/cowboy boots etc.
After Service
Pick Up Your Kids
Return to the Kids Ministry area with your matching security tag.
Stop by the Connect Center
Before you head out, be sure to visit the Connect Center one more time! It’s the perfect place to ask any follow-up questions and learn more about your next steps, like Starting Point and Community Groups. We’d love to help you get connected!
Post-Service Follow-Up
Expect a friendly text or email from our team within 24 hours from your visit. We would love to know how your day went as well as how we might be able to help you get plugged in to community.
