Membership Recommitment 2013

2013 recommitment is by EACH FAMILY: one person per family should complete the following form.

                 

Please answer the following questions as part of your membership recommitment for 2013. Your answers are for your use in:

  • Evaluating your commitment to the c|Life Membership Covenant, and
  • Determining specific areas to address in your spiritual walk.

1. The Bible (God’s Word/Truth) is the foundation for my worldview and my daily activities.
2. I am daily pursuing an intimate love relationship with Jesus Christ.
3. I am developing accountability relationships through active participation in a Community Group.
4. I am seeking and developing one-on-one apprenticing relationships with other believers.
5. I am actively involved in a ministry inside and/or outside of Community Life Church.
6. I am obedient to God’s direction in my financial contribution to Community Life Church and its ministries.
7. I am committed to my family’s spiritual growth.
8. I am committed to sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through the relationships that God brings into my daily life.
  I recommit to membership at Community Life Church for 2013.
